I'm looking for a colander for my sink. Which one do I need?

A new and fitting colander is a pretty attachment to your sink. The right choice depends on which sink you have. You can compare your current colander to our website or if this is new you can look on the product information. You can also contact us on sales@reginox.co.uk and we can specify the correct model for your sink.

The rubber on my strainer/plug is broken. Is this still available in your product range?

We recommend you contact your point of purchase if the strainer is within the 1 year warranty. We only supply a complete waste kit not the rubbers or seals. If you require a charged replacement please contact sales@Reginox.co.uk with an image of your sink or model number.

What can I do to keep my sink clean?

You can keep your sink unit clean by cleaning daily with warm water and standard washing-up liquid. Using Reginox Inox Care once a week to clean the sink more thoroughly, this will help to maintain the appearance of the sink unit for longer. Apply Inox Care to a damp sponge and clean in a rotating movement towards the sink unit’s waste outlet. Your sink unit should be gleaming again after using Inox Care.

Is it possible to prevent scratches appearing on stainless steel?

Scratches on stainless steel cannot be prevented. The scratches will be visible at first but will become less prominent over time through daily use. We recommend using Inox Care for maintaining stainless steel.

The strainer/plug is not listed in your product range on the website. Do you have more types available?

All our sinks have specific waste kits designed for them, if you cannot see your waste kit or you are unsure of your sink model, please email us on sales@reginox.co.uk with an image of your sink or model name. Alternatively, you can contact your point of purchase who will liaise with Reginox on your behalf.

Can I install an integrated sink unit into an already existing kitchen?

We would recommend that fitting an integrated sink into an existing worktop is only carried out by a fully qualified/experienced worktop fabricator.  Ideally integrated sinks should be fitted into appropriate worktops prior to installation into the kitchen. Always check with a qualified worktop expert before making your final decision.

How can I remove rust points out of my sink?

Normally stainless steel sinks do not rust, occasionally small brown dots which may look like rust can appear in the sink. These are caused by external factors such as residue left over from manufacturing, they are caused by iron particles on the sinks surface and reacting with the stainless steel. Removing these can be done easily by using Inox Care. Please contact your point of purchase to obtain this product.

What is the warranty on my Reginox sink unit?

For a detailed overview of the warranty provisions, please refer to the General Terms & Conditions on this website.

How do I register my product for warranty?

For all sinks, taps (excluding Hot Water Taps) and accessories, please keep hold of your proof of purchase, there is no need to register this item. If any issues arise your sales contract lies with your point of purchase, we recommend contacting them directly and they will liaise with us on your behalf. We cannot enter into any direct discussion with the public.

All Hot Water Taps are required to be registered before installation, there is a sticker attached to the tank with all the information, all queries and issues are processed through their website. If you need this resending, please contact sales@reginox.co.uk.
